Pre-registration is currently open for new and returning students for the winter semester.
Download the registration Form, select either PDF or MS Word format, then fill it up and return it to us through one of the following:

Complete the registration form, and indicate an alternate choice in case your first choice has filled. Make check or money order payable to Supermud Pottery Studio. Please do not send cash.

Your canceled check will be your receipt. You may call to confirm your registration.

We cannot hold a spot for you without payment. Mastercard and Visa accepted.

Tuition and fees must be paid in full on or before the first class. A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed on all late payments.

NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS CAN BE GIVEN

ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES

Supermud Pottery reserves the right to exclude from programs and activities anyone who fails to abide by the studio's rules and practices.

Smoking is not permitted.

All work, tools, clothing, etc. must be taken from the studio within two weeks after the end of each term. Supermud is not responsible for any personal property.

Supermud is not responsible for providing makeup classes or issuing refunds for classes or programs missed as a result of illness, emergency, weather closings, or other events beyond our control. Please call ahead for updated weather and emergency closing announcements.

Students can makeup classes if space is available in another class. However, all make-ups must be made during the same semester they were missed. This does not apply to children's classes. Due to space limitations we cannot accommodate make-ups for children.

All programs are subject to change or cancellation.
